Over the year I, like a number of you, have combed through the records
in court houses, libraries, and on-line looking for my 'roots'. While working
with the different families line in my tree I have had the opportunity
to see how others went about sorting out the facts. I use the term facts
because we know that at any given time the 'facts' are what we believe
to be true based on what we find. This web site begins with my four base
families. My father side is Nichols and Thomason. My mother side is Green
and Sneed. In some families lines you may find listing going back further
than the base starting point in the data base. This data is still being
researched and is there for discussion/review. I seek where they cane from
and where all the families has reached out to. I will include all data
and opinions of facts that is offered. I know that at times we may have
different thinking on what are the facts. Soft copy files/print out of
any data posted will be sent on request. Dates, birth place, etc. were removed from living individuals on this
